MMJFC Colour Run Waiver — 1st August 2026
Participation AgreementI/we agree to participate in the MMJFC Colour Run 2026, in line with the safety guidelines that the event organisers will share with participants on the day.
Hazard AwarenessI/we understand that participating in the colour run is a potentially hazardous activity, as paint will be thrown at and around participants during the event. I/we accept this risk voluntarily.
Appropriate EquipmentI/we agree to wear suitable footwear and clothing for the activity, and eye protection if required or recommended on the day.
Medical DisclosureI/we confirm that any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed during registration. I/we accept responsibility for personal health during the event.
First AidI/we understand that if an injury is sustained during the colour run, it is the participant's responsibility to attend the designated first aid station on site.
Photography & MediaI/we accept that photographs and video may be taken at the event and used by MMJFC for promotional purposes.
